E-Commerce Analyst 

This is a great role to quickly gain a wide range of hands-on responsibility and experience. You would be working directly with our Business Development Director from our small Norbiton / SW London office and would be responsible for: 

- a sales growth plan & budget for our UK, French & German websites, converting opportunity into results 
- a calendar of online and offline newsletters to our customer databases
- relevant quantity and quality of traffic to our sites via Search Marketing, SEO, PPC and video
- an affiliate strategy proposal
- keyword-rich, on-site copy, analytics, site conversion and order metrics for the websites
- a social media campaign to build customer loyalty 
- strong journalist/blogger relationships to improve brand awareness 
- link acquisition
- new initiatives with brand partners 

- customer acquisition through events / exhibitions

- a comprehensive knowledge of developments within the E-Commerce community

- support for our international partners’ marketing activities 

About You 

- Highly analytical, insightful and creative thinker
- Experience of email marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media
- Passionate about health & beauty and natural products
- Good communication skills, team player
- Proactive, meticulously organised and analytically rigorous

- Graduate, French and German language skills would be a plus
