Current evidence suggests that for 30% of OA sufferers, joint cartilage is completely repaired and that 80-90% gain significant relief. Colladeen or White Willow are recommended as well for pain relief during the early repair stage. N.B. This pure grade product is 90-98% absorbed and equivalent to 1000mg Glucosamine Sulphate KCL.

Dosage: 3 tablets daily for first 2/3 weeks then 2 tablets daily until symptoms subside. For OA, 1 tablet daily is suggested for maintenance.
