Margaret's Tip
Eye pencil: For a more dramatic look, apply to the top and bottom lash-line and blend out with a damp sponge applicator. Use to define eyebrows with light, feathery strokes. Lip pencils: Apply before lipstick to define lip shape and to prevent lipstick 'bleeding' into fine lines. Fill in lips lightly to extend lipstick wear or finish with Lipsilk for a protective coloured sheen.
