Welcome to the Essential Care online shop. You can purchase products directly from us in three ways:
- Through our website which is secured by Worldpay
(proceed to checkout). Please note that Worldpay handles your credit card information on its secure server and we never see your payment details.
Please note that we have a graphics-free, fast ordering page for slower internet connections. - By pressing the 'print form' button at the bottom of the checkout page once you have assembled your order, and posting it to Essential Care, 26 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, together with a cheque payable to Essential Care.
- By telephoning or faxing us on +44 (0)1638 716593. However, we regret that we currently do not have manual card processing facilities, so your card details would be processed through our Worldpay facility.
Orders less than £30 are charged £2.95 for postage and packing. Orders over £30 are sent postage and packing free in the U.K. All orders sent by first class post carry a £1 surcharge. We are delighted to receive orders from outside the UK for which postage is charged at cost. Heavy parcels may be sent by parcel post (2-3 days delivery time) or courier depending on the weight. Please contact us if you have a question regarding our postage tariffs.
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, but during busy or holiday periods it may take a week for your order to reach you.
Terms and Conditions
Every care is taken to ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition, but should this not be the case, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Please contact us if you would like to complain about the quality of a good or service.
As per the Distance Selling Regulations, all U.K. customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of receipt of the goods. U.K. residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Essential Care, 26 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE in their original packing and in their original condition. A small charge may be made to cover transaction fees.
Essential Care will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made.
Care of Your Products
Essential Care products are freshly prepared in small batches and carry a 'best before' date for guidance. Refrigeration is not necessary, but storing away from heat and closing lids fully after use will maximise the products' shelf-life.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you browse our site we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we collect any personal information is if you knowingly give it to us when you place an order. We, of course, never disclose any information to third parties and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to let you know about our news and special offers. You can let us know at any time if you do not wish to receive emails from us. If you have any questions or comments about this, please contact us.
